'We are all adrift': Migrant caravan stuck at US-Mexico border

Hundreds of Central American refugees and migrants attempting to seek asylum in the United States were refused entry by border officials, who say processing facility is 'full'.

A group of Central American refugees and migrants have arrived at the US border to seek asylum, but most were turned away.

US border officials told them that the processing facility is full.

They are part of a larger group of people who have spent a month travelling north through Mexico, drawing the anger of US President Donald Trump.
